Why I built Laterbase
My agents kept finding problems that had nothing to do with the task. I kept losing them. So I built somewhere for them to go.

Notes from building Laterbase: what we ship, how agents use it, and what we learn along the way.
My agents kept finding problems that had nothing to do with the task. I kept losing them. So I built somewhere for them to go.
Work gets left for later in two ways. Your agent spots something out of scope, or you put something off. Either way, it gets pinned without you asking.
When a task starts, your agent checks the backlog for pins on the files it's about to touch. Known bugs and gotchas change the plan before any code does.
Connect GitHub, write "Fixes ACME-42" in a PR, and the pin resolves when it merges. Nobody has to go back and tidy up.
A backlog is only useful if it can answer that. How pins are ranked without anyone grooming them, and the ways to ask.
