Description

Move a pin through its lifecycle. claimed: you're starting it now, so others don't duplicate work. open: release a claim or reopen. resolved: the fix has merged; needs the PR or commit (fixed_in), unless you linked it as fixed_in when you opened the PR. dismissed: won't fix; a note says why, or duplicate_of names the pin it duplicates.

Parameters
